​​​​​​​Ormar: Iran's attacks are result of new balances in region

 In recent days, the Iranian regime launched attacks on the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (HDK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (PDK-I).

 The Iranian regime had announced a ceasefire with the Kurdish movements in Eastern Kurdistan in 1996, and in 2018, it violated the ceasefire after it launched an attack on the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Iran, in the Sidekan area, where civilians live and where the party's headquarters are located.

 The attack killed 15 people, including high-ranking officials, and injured dozens of KDP members.

 The Iranian regime attacked the points of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, for 3 consecutive days.  According to local sources, there were no casualties in the attacks.  The attacks came after the Iraq Neighborhood Summit, which was called by the Iranian regime and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.

They attack with the aim of overcoming the internal crisis

 Commenting on the attacks, writer Ormar said: "Iran wants to once again become a player in the region. And to solve its internal problems abroad, by attacking the political movements of the ruthless of Kurdistan."

He said that the rise of the economic and political crisis in Iran is linked to Ibrahim Raisi's assumption of power, as well as linked to the attacks.  He added on the issue: "The government of Ibrahim Raisi includes people who also participated in the 1988 massacre against the people, some of whom are wanted by Interpol. Those who carried out the attack on that day, adopt the same mentality today. They are the ones who ordered these attacks and threatened the political parties in East Kurdistan." 

 Ormar said: "The Iranian regime declared war on the political movements in Rojhlat Kurdistan 43 years ago. Iran launched an attack on the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Iran in Hewler, on September 8, 2018, after 23 years of cease-fire. As a result, 16 people were lost.  Dozens were injured, and the Kurdish people in Rojhlat did not take a single step back in their struggle against all these attacks. And after 3 years of those attacks, and on the 8th of September of this year, the Iranian regime bombed the Bradost region."

 The attacks coincide with historical events.

He said that the Kurdish movements in Rojhlat are struggling against the Iranian regime in every field, adding: "It is interesting that the attacks coincided with certain dates, especially the Erbil massacre on September 8, 2018. Also, the Kurdish activists, Ramin Hussein Panahi, Zaniar  Moradi and Lokman Moradi were deliberately executed by the Iranian regime in September 2018, in an attempt to terrorize public opinion.The Iranian regime also sought to spread a state of fear and intimidation by revealing documents of torture and brutal practices in prisons.But the people in Rojhlat did not hesitate a day to make sacrifices.

 Ormar said that the attacks were an attempt by Iran to strengthen its position in the region, adding: "The Iranian regime, like other occupying countries in the region, wants to overcome its position by launching external attacks. There is a deep economic and political crisis in Iran. This crisis is being overcome by  During the attacks, intelligence officials met in Baghdad. There the situation of the Kurdish movements in Rojhlat was discussed, and they were asked to expel them from Iraq. The Iranian presence continues there after Baghdad's fears of bilateral relations with the Taliban in Afghanistan. Iran has clearly threatened the Iraqi government. But it should be noted  that there is great support and strength from the Kurdish people to support the Rojhlat movements of Kurdistan.”

 The Government of Southern Kurdistan must not remain silent

 Kakchar Ormar criticized the silence of the government of Southern Kurdistan, on the Iranian regime's bombing of the areas of Kayti, Bradost, Barbzna, Banbars, Nuribaran and Kitin, and said: "The government of Southern Kurdistan and the Iraqi regime have been silent so far. In Southern Kurdistan in particular, no statements have been made by officials. They called for the exit of the Rojhlat movements of Kurdistan. They considered that Iran carried out attacks because of them and they should withdraw from the region. On the other hand, the Iraqi government said that the Government of Southern Kurdistan should take steps in this matter, otherwise it will be damaged. And the Government of Southern Kurdistan did not  No statement has been issued yet, this silence does not serve the Kurdish people.”

 Kakchar Ormar noted that the Kurdish people in Rojhlat do not consider their fate separate from the fate of the Kurdish people in the rest of Kurdistan, and they continue their struggle based on this mentality, and also said: "To remain silent today about the attacks of the Iranian regime will affect the whole of Kurdistan.  And the Kurdish people in all parts of Kurdistan, are obliged to take a common position in the face of these attacks. The enemies are attacking without discrimination among the Kurdish people. Therefore, the government of Southern Kurdistan must take a stand against these attacks as soon as possible."

 Kakchar Ormar said that the Iranian regime's attacks will continue, but a great resistance must be escalated, and ended his speech by saying: "The Kurdish people in Rojhlatt Kurdistan can resist and survive only through a joint war. If the political parties in Rojhlat can unite their ranks, they can repel the Iranian regime."  The people of Rojhlat have never hesitated to make sacrifices. They will also stand up to these attacks. If the Kurdish people manage to unite, they will be able to repel these attacks."
