Afrin IDPs decry international community silence

Turkish occupation atrocities still continue against safe civilians, particularly those who had fled from the barbaric of its army and its mercenaries and settled in camps and safe areas, whether in al-Shahba, Shara and Sherawa districts in Afrin, or in Manbij, Ain Issa and Tal Tamr in north and east Syria.

A few days ago, Turkish UAVs bombed Makhmur camp in Sothern Kurdistan and Berwara village in Dohuk yesterday, the day before yesterday, using poison gasa.

It is no longer a secret to the whole world that the arrogance of the ruling Justice and Development Party and its dream, like the rest of the parties that ruled Turkey, is to revive the defunct Ottoman Empire; This obsession is what drives the Turkish occupation army to try to achieve this end, regardless of the means.

Displaced woman from Afrin, Amina Othman, who lives in the town of Babins in Shahba canton, confirmed during a meeting with her, "Our will is free and it will be an impenetrable dam against any attempt to break it."

For his part, displaced from Afrin, Fakhri Suleiman, who resides in the Fafin district of Shahba, explained, "The resistance shown by the Kurdish people in the four parts of Kurdistan was and still is a thorn in the throat of the Turkish state and an impenetrable dam against the realization of its dreams. Therefore, it pursues crime and continues to commit massacres against civilians."

Displaced Kifah Koto, who lives in Berxwedan Camp in Shahba, considered "the international community with its silence, a partner in Turkey's crimes against the peoples of the world in general and against the Kurdish people in particular."

Afrin IDPs also called on the international community to assume its responsibilities towards the peoples of the region and to stop Turkey on its own.
