TEV-DEM: Qadya shelling result to regional- international silence

Turkish occupation planes carried out shelling on the Yazidi Qadya camp in Zakho in Southern Kurdistan caused injuries and left martyrs.

Movement for a Democratic Society, the TEV-DEM, issued a statement condemning the attack calling on all Yazidis, Kurdistani people as well as all civil society associations to break silence on the Turkish crimes carried out against humanity considering that a trespass to all moral and humanitarian laws as a war crime.

''taking political and military decisions unilaterally by Turkish occupation state against human right laws and international conventions relevant to minority protection right and refugee and IPD camps and all components in the region are for annihilation.   

Yesterday night Turkish fascist occupation state raided Qadya leaving injuries and martyrs of which children and women in the process of targeting our Yazidi community adopted by Turkey with no distinction .

This attack emanates from the regional and international silences and is a clear message to the French president Emmanuel Macron as a clear defiance not only to France alone rather to the international community at large.

TEV-DEM confirmed that fascist shelling on an area in Duhok in Southern Kurdistan is being carried out with complicity from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, PDK, that was held accountable for the attack.

Movement for a Democratic Society, the TEV-DEM, called at the end of the statement that targeting refugee and IDP camps be considered as a war crime calling as well on the Kurdistani people and all civil society associations to break silence on the Turkish crimes carried out against humanity considering that a trespass to all moral and humanitarian laws as a war crime on which Turkey should be held accountable.
