​​​​​​​Al-Kazemi indirectly threatens Yazidis

 Looking at the statements issued by Mustafa Al-Kazemi, we see that it constitutes a threat to the members of the Yazidi community, as he confirms indirectly that the terms of the agreement concluded between him and the Kurdistan Democratic Party have not been implemented, and that the Turkish attacks will not stop.

On October 9, 2020, the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Democratic Party signed an agreement that allegedly concerns administrative and security matters in Şengal, without taking into account the opinion of the Yazidis. However, observers confirmed the presence of other parties within the agreement, led by the Turkish occupation state.

 Among the most prominent provisions of the agreement is the establishment of a joint administration in cooperation between the federal government and the Kurdistan region and the assignment of security arrangements to the federal police in cooperation with the Kurdistan region, and both governments left the people of Şingal between the teeth of ISIS mercenaries after the attack launched by the mercenaries on August 3, 2014.

The sons of Şengal expressed their indignation at the agreement that was signed without taking into account the opinion of the Yazidis. They went out in demonstrations and stressed that the Iraqi government and Başur's should recognize their administration, and hold those involved in the genocide, after the forces of both governments failed to protect the Yazidis, accountable.

 The agreement was followed by the Iraqi army launching threats to enter Şingal, and giving the Asayish Ezidkhan forces a period of time until April 1, 2021 to leave their headquarters and centers.  The summit of Mount Shingal, and they formed a human shield to prevent the progress of the Iraqi army.  

The Democratic Autonomous Administration of Shingal confirmed its rejection of the agreement and said: "The solution to the issue of Şingal lies in recognizing the Autonomous Administration system in Şingal."

 On April 20, 2021, the Iraqi army tried to enter the village of Kar Zark, southwest of Şingal, but it's people prevented the army members from entering the village.

 After the great reaction shown by the sons of Şengal regarding the agreement and the practices of the Iraqi government, the Turkish occupation army intensified its raids on Şengal through drones, and a number of leaders of the Şengal resistance units were martyred.

What is remarkable about the recent attack of Turkish warplanes on Şengal on August 16, where the leader of the Şengal Resistance Units, Saeed Hassan, was martyred in the raid, accompanied by his nephew, in addition to the injury of 3 civilians. According to some information, the leader was on a mission to receive Mustafa al-Kazemi, who visited the village  Kojo to recall the victims of the 2014 Shingal massacre there.

 However, Mustafa Al-Kazemi did not address the Turkish attack launched against the leader, Saeed Hassan, and made some resonant statements, and it is noteworthy that he confirmed that the only way for the stability of Şingal is the implementation of the October 9, 2020, agreement, and did not address the ongoing violations of Iraqi sovereignty by the occupying state, which launched an attack an hour before the visit and a day after the visit against a hospital in the town of Saknia.

 So far, no statement has been issued by the Iraqi government regarding the Turkish occupation state's continuous violations of Iraqi sovereignty. On the contrary, given the statements of Mustafa Al-Kazemi, the Iraqi Prime Minister, we note that they constitute a threat to the members of the Yazidi community, as he confirms that if the terms of the agreement concluded between him and the Democrat are not implemented.  Kurdistan, the Turkish attacks will not stop.
