Since Friday morning, the villages of Tal Tamr district of Hasaka canton have witnessed intense bombardment by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, which has caused displacement among the targeted villages, in a scenario that has become almost continuous in light of the silence of the Russian forces, which are guarantors of the ceasefire.

Spokesman for the Syrian Democratic Forces, Aram Hanna, commented on the violations of the Turkish occupation and its continuous bombing of the villages of Tal Tamr district, amid the silence of the Russian forces, by posting a comment on his official page on the Facebook website, saying, "Since the morning, the occupation forces have targeted the vicinity of Tal Tamr district, especially on the northern axis. In the direction of Dardara - Mujibara - Sheikh Ali and others, the occupation forces also used heavy weapons and artillery by targeting the sites we mentioned earlier, which resulted in damage to civilian homes and surrounding agricultural lands.

And Aram added: "Within the framework of legitimate defense, stipulated in all international legislation and covenants, our forces, through the Tal Tamr Military Council and the Syriac Military Council, have taken all necessary defensive measures that guarantee the safety and security of civilians and transfer everyone who has been displaced from his village to safer locations."

Aram noted that: "Our forces responded to the sources of fire immediately and inflicted losses on the mercenaries' ranks. We have always stressed that we will not hesitate to use our right to defend ourselves against anyone who tries to attack our villages, people and sanctities."

Aram Hanna concluded his comment on the position of the Russian forces regarding the Turkish attacks by saying: "On more than one occasion, and recently in the annual meeting of the military councils of the Syrian Democratic Forces, we have stressed, and we are still, the need to increase the efforts of the Russian armed forces within the framework of controlling the contact areas, maintaining the ceasefire and stopping violations. that affect our people in their safe home.”

It is noteworthy that each of the villages of Dardara in the countryside of Tal Tamr, and the villages of Rabean and Tal Al-Ward in the countryside of Zerkan have been almost continuously exposed since this morning to artillery and missile shelling by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, which caused the displacement of the people.
