Turkey and its mercenaries kidnap 37 civilians in occupied Afrin

The official spokesman for the Human Rights Organization Afrin_Syria, Ibrahim Sheikho, said that the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries kidnapped during July 37 civilians from Afrin, including women and the elderly.

Sheikho confirmed that the Turkish intelligence kidnapped civilians who tried to return to their homes in Afrin after paying large ransoms including the citizen Muhammad Hussein Hajji from the people of Bulbul district, who paid $ 6,000 and the citizen Muhammad Sheikho from the people of Shara district, who paid $ 1000 to return to Afrin.

Sheikho also explained the continuation of the policies of demographic change and the seizure of property, and confirmed that the mercenary groups had seized more than 21 homes and shops belonging to the people of Afrin.

Sheikho stated that the mercenaries of the Hamzat faction seized the lands of the displaced people in 30 villages in Afrin, and Sultan Murad's mercenaries seized nearly 150,000 olive trees.

Sheikho called on the international bodies to ensure the return of the Afrin displaced with international and regional guarantees and the withdrawal of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries from all Syrian lands, after holding the parties that committed crimes against the people of Afrin accountable.
