SDC: July 19 represents the aspirations of the Syrian people

At the beginning of its statement, the council said: “This July 19th marks the 9^th anniversary of the revolution that our people carried out in areas of north and east Syria on this date in the year 2012, as it began in Kobani, Afrin and Jazria, and this moment leaves clear national traces within the regime. And this moment leaves clear national traces within a societal administrative system in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.”

It added: "The July 19^th Revolution, which was launched from a theoretical perspective and a revolutionary philosophy, came as a serious attempt to save the people of Syria and prevent its movement from deviation, as in the rest of Syria, under the interference of regional and international agendas that created a rift and division in Syrian society through extremists (the opposition) and hardliners (the regime) in diverting the course of the revolutionary movement into a general crisis in the whole of the Syrian community structure and the region, instead of a revolution that was expected and awaited by a lot, integrating the subjective and objective dimensions that have been tense politically, economically and socially in Syria for decades.

the council congratulated on the anniversary of the revolution, saying: "We in the Syrian Democratic Council, while we congratulate our Syrian people on the 9^th anniversary of the July 19^th Revolution, which gave a clear picture in representing the goals and aspirations of the Syrian people through democratic change and achieving a political transition from a highly centralized system to a decentralization democratic system. In the Autonomous Administration formula, which in itself constitutes an effective model for UN Resolution 2,254 aimed at achieving a democratic, non-sectarian political system. At the same time, fighting the ideology of extremism and terrorist organizations that afflicted our Syrian people; We call on all the components of our Syrian people and their patriotic democratic forces to unite in the face of the ambitions of all those who want our Syrian country to be divided or occupied, especially the Turkish justice and development system.

It concluded its statement, condoling, "the families of the martyrs of Syria throughout the Syrian regions from Quneitra and Hauran to Qamishli, and they are defending the components of Syria from the terrorism of ISIS, Jabhet Al-Nusra and others supported by the Ankara regime, and in particular the martyrs of the Syrian Democratic Forces, which gave a national image to all of Syria as the force that they rely on despite what is being fabricated against it and against the gains of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria from plots through which Syria lost a lot.
