Ibrahim Al-Thalaj: Russia is not serious on a Syrian dialogue

He stressed that the AANES, since its establishment had been open to the Syrian national dialogue and had always declared itself ready for dialogue with the Syrian Government. However, the Syrian Government had not shown any willingness for a serious dialogue to end the Syrian crisis so far.

Ibrahim noted that the Syrian Government has not yet taken into account the changes that have taken place in Syria and the sacrifices made by the Syrian Democratic Forces to counter terrorism, to preserve the unity of Syria and it's people, and to build a democratic and coherent society for all components in North and East Syria.
