Hasaka Forensic Doctor: Amin Issa was not tortured

Forensic Doctor Mohamed Sa'id Shlash indicated that when they examined the body of Amin Issa there had been no traces of torture, laying stress that they are ready for cooperation with the family of Amin if wanted to perform autopsy.

A press conference was held by doctors Mohamed Sa'id Shlash, forensic doctor, Mohamed Ahmed Khalaf, surgeon and doctor Mas'ud Ahmo in the Peoples' Hospital in the city of Hasaka regarding Amin Issa that passed away after undergoing a stroke, according to the medical report filed by doctors.

Shlash said that torture sings that appear on the body of Amin as circulated on the social media outlets are not real and do not belong to Amin.

Shlash added that Amin's family has the right to re-examine his body via a specialized medical committee confirming that they are ready to do cooperate and give assistance if wanted.
