Since April 23, the Turkish occupation army has been attacking Başûr Kurdistan, amid international and regional silence, and the complicity of the Kurdistan and Iraqi governments. In condemnation of these attacks, 50 civil society organizations and organizations interested in the environment submitted a complaint to the United Nations office in Sulaymaniyah.

They denounced the attacks of the Turkish army and the crimes against the people of Southern Kurdistan, and its nature.

The Secretary of the Green Party of Kurdistan, Malko Baziyani, on behalf of 50 civil and environmental organizations submitted a complaint to the UNHCR and stated at a press conference that he would continue to pursue the matter to the end.

Baziyani explained: "The nature of Kurdistan is a red line, and we will confront any party violates the nature of Kurdistan, because the nature is a public right, and we will not give up this right."

In turn, the head of the Nale Intellectual Organization, Hori Dilshad, explained: "We will follow these violations to the end and we will raise this issue to the Iraqi parliament and other concerned authorities."
