In solemn funeral ceremony, Afrin bid farewell to martyr Mazloum

 Mourners gathered in front of Afrin Hospital in Fafin district in al-Shahba canton, to receive the body of the martyr Khaled al-Wawa, the nickname is Mazloum Nyarabiyah, a fighter in the Afrin Liberation Forces.

 After receiving the body, the mourners set off in a procession towards the Shrine of the Resistance of the Age martyrs, located in the Ahras sub-district in al-Shahba district.

 The Council of Martyrs' Families announced the record of the martyr Basil Boudak, the nom de guerre,  Raiber Sherawa, a fighter in the People's Protection Units (YPG), who was martyred on the first of March of 2018 during the first phase of the Resistance of the Age.

 The funeral ceremony began with a minute's silence in honor of the martyrs, followed by a speech by the administrator of the Council of Martyrs' Families in the Afrin region, Rashid, in which he offered condolences to the families of the martyrs and said, "Thanks to the resistance and sacrifice of our sons and daughters, we have achieved many gains in northeastern Syria, and by following the path of the martyrs, we will liberate all our occupied lands."  And we return with our heads raised to our areas. "

 After that, he spoke on behalf of the Autonomous Administration of Afrin region, Hanan Seydou, and touched on the demographic change policies that are taking place in occupied Afrin, and denounced the Turkish occupation’s undertaking to build settlements in Afrin villages.

 He stressed that with the sacrifices of the people of Afrin region and the cohesion of the people, all the plans of the Turkish occupier and its mercenaries will be broken, and Afrin will be liberated from the occupiers sooner or later.

 This was followed by a speech by the administrator at Kongra Star of Afrin region, Newroz Hashem, who stressed the need for the people to realize the stage the region is going through and to unite and not allow the policies of special war to affect them, and called for the escalation of resistance and struggle in all forms until the liberation of Afrin.

 In the end, the member of the Democratic Society Education Committee, Zainab Abdo, read the document of the two martyrs and handed it to their families, so that the body of the martyr, Mazloum Nyarabiya, was buried to his final resting place.
