Claims made by Turkey's mafia boss Sedat Peker is one of the hottest topics in the Turksih media since then making many press associations to call on authorities to commence investigation into accusations made by Peker on many journalists killed in 1990s, in which Turkey's former Interior Minister Mehmet Agar is accused of linkage to the killing investigative journalist Ugur Mumcu as Agar was presiding the Deep State.

Peker claims that former Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildrims' pro Erdogan son was a part to a gang of drugs smuggling between Venezuela and Turkey.

Turkey's representative of Journalists Without Borders Erol Onderoglu called on authorities to investigate claims of the journalists murders that were silenced then, posing questions on the legitimacy and authority of Peker to make such accusations

eker said that the if the journalist was a respectable man then why he was killed? Saying he was writing on horrification, but when posed a question on the beneficiary of this horrification he was killed.

Perker also accused former high profile officer in the Turkish intelligence services Kerkut Iken of ordering murder of Turkish-Cypriot journalist Kotlu Adali.

In latest developments, Turkish Journalists Syndicate called for investigation into the two murders and doing justice.
