In the recent period, it was noticed the spread of "charitable societies" in the Syrian areas occupied by Turkey, the most recent of which was the opening of the "Caucasian Charitable Society" in the city of Serekaniye / Ras al-Ain on April 25th, without clarity of the activities that it will undertake.

The Kuwaiti "Sham Al-Khair Association" is also active in the city of Afrin, which raises fears that these parties support extremist ideology in the occupied areas under the guise of charities.

On this, Sheikho, said during an interview with ANHA agency, “Turkey and the factions that fall under its arm in the occupied territories, especially in Ras al-Ain and Tal Abyad, have committed transgressions that have been prohibited by international concepts and conventions from sabotage and looting of public and private property. It even recently made a demographic change in these areas. "

Sheikho continued, "The Turkish occupation has attracted the armed factions from Syria and placed them in these regions, to achieve their goals in erasing the culture of the peoples in these areas, seeking to establish factions directly affiliated with them and under the banner of the new Ottoman occupation, in order to achieve their expansion goals in these areas we are remembered for that Ottoman occupation. "

Activity for illegal associations and organizations!

The co-chair of the Executive Council in Manbij says that "the practices of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in the occupied territories are many, and we have noticed in the recent period the spread of illegal organizations and associations that are emulating the character of extremist Islam, which have found a polarizing ground for them in these areas."

He pointed out that these associations exploit the human and livelihood needs of citizens on which the residents of these areas depend in terms of providing financial and food facilities and through establishing some development projects, in an attempt to attract needy souls under the Turkish occupation and the lack of all services for the people in these areas.

'Fears that the occupied territories will be a hotbed for extremists'

He added, "We previously saw Turkey exporting terrorism to the Syrian regions, and we fear that these occupied areas are a springboard for these groups towards all regions."

Sheikho stressed that "that doesn’t only pose threat to Syria only, but all neighboring countries, because Turkey will export intellectual terrorism towards it, and we have noticed recently that it has exported mercenaries outside Syria, especially Libya, as it carried out a brainwashing operation for Syrians to send them outside Syria."

'The need for the international community to be alert'

He explained that, "after clearing the ISIS and extremist groups from the regions of north and east Syria and we fear that these occupied areas will witness with the activity of these associations the return of armed terrorist groups that take extremism as a method for them."

The co-chair of the Executive Council in Manbij, Muhammad Khair Sheikho, ended his speech by stressing that "at this stage is sensitive, the Syrians in those areas must deal with extreme caution so that they can overcome it peacefully, and there must be alertness from the international community to this danger." The groups in these areas are currently spreading chaos, and this situation can be exploited by any group for its own ends.

In addition, the demographic change that Turkey is carrying out with European support in the Syrian areas it occupies threatens the identity of these areas, as the occupation is working in the recent period to build settlement units in the occupied areas, and it is resettling the families of its mercenaries and Syrian families from other areas within them after the displacement of the population of the region.

During the past month, the Turkish occupation opened a settlement unit in the Amarna area in the occupied Jarablus countryside, northern Syria, consisting of 800 housing units, and it is expected that 282 units will be added to it under the name of "Ataa Economic Residential Community, the same in the city of Azaz, which includes 400 settlement units."

The settlement project will also reach the city of Al-Bab, in which 250 settlement units are to be built, and the city of Sere-Kaniye, in which 200 settlement units are being planned, and in Idlib, 200 units are planned to be built in the town of Atma.
