The politician, Khatib Dijla, spoke to ANHA agency about the Turkish state's attacks against legitimate defense zones (Medya).

He referred to the historical aspects of the attacks targeting Medya, and said in this regard, "What is happening today is historically rooted, and if we act according to this controversial fact, we will draw many lessons from the events of the past 100 years of Kurdistan's history. The expansion of the occupation attacks that began on April 24 against the Medya. This is an important date that coincides with the memory of the massacre committed by the Union and Progress in the time of the Ottoman Empire against the Armenian and Assyrian peoples during the First World War. The Turkish occupation state launched its last attack on this date, and this matter was like a message to the Kurdish people that we have destroyed the Armenian people, and now it is your turn. "

'The Turkish state is working to reinstate the East's reforms plan'

He said, "The extermination attacks against the Kurdish people began since the constitution of 1924, as well as the" Eastern Reforms "plan that was issued after it in 1925, the Koc Keri massacre in 1921, and massacre during the Sheikh Saeed uprising in 1925, and the Dersem massacre in 1937 occurred in the framework of this plan, we must never suspect that the eastern reform plan is considered as the hidden constitution of Turkey, while it implements its policies according to this plan.

He referred to the genocide plan of 2014, which is considered a policy hostile to the Kurdish people, and a continuation of the East's reform plan, and added: “The genocide plan does not target only the Kurdish people in Northern Kurdistan, but rather Kurds in Basûr, Rojava and Rojlat as well, and this situation must be read well. I will cite an example here: “Former Turkish Prime Minister Polant Ajaveed used to say:“ The truth is that our borders with Iraq are not the real; they should have been deep 20 to 30 kilometers. " In this way, they asserted that they had plans to occupy Mosul, Kirkuk, and all of Southern Kurdistan.

He said in this regard: “I ask them who was their biggest enemy of independence referendum? Was it not the same Turkish state, or was it not Erdogan himself? Forgetting history is a great self-deception, and in fact this position is never befitting of a politician. "The recent attacks are part of a whole plan targeting the Kurdish people." 

He also noted that the recent genocide campaign targeting the HDP is part of this scheme aimed at exterminating the Kurdish people, and said: “The attack targeting the HDP based on Kobanê case is a political campaign, and it must be looked at in the context of a comprehensive attack, and therefore the unity of all Kurdish people must be strengthened to confront this scheme. This is the right thing, and those who do not see this bear responsibility before history, because the Kurdish people in all parts are at risk today.

He also addressed the attacks on the rest of Kurdistan, especially Rojava, and said in this regard: “Rojava is exposed on a daily basis to the attacks of the Turkish state and its mercenaries. Has Rojava targeted Turkey with one stone? It is good, and the Kurdish political movements must strengthen their forces against genocide attacks. We can benefit from the Third World War that is now raging in the Middle East in order to be able to protect our existence. And as the Turkish state committed a massacre against the Armenian people under the attention of Germany During the First World War, todays in the midst of the Third World War, to commit a similar massacre under the eyes of the United States of America or the European Union against the Kurdish people. "

He noted that the whole world remained silent about the genocidal attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation state against the Kurdish people, and also added: “There is international silence regarding the attacks of the Turkish state against the Kurdish people, and without the approval of the United States of America, Turkish drones cannot fly in Southern Kurdistan. We must draw historical lessons from these positions. If we do not comprehend this, then let us know that the Kurdish people in general are at risk.

'They had prior knowledge of the occupation's attack'

The Kurdish politician also touched on the positions of the Iraqi government and the government of Southern Kurdistan, and said: “Their positions regarding the Turkish occupation attacks indicate that they were aware in advance of these attacks, and partners. He noted that the plan to exterminate the Kurdish people  in 2014 is underway in the four parts of Kurdistan. 'The Kurdish people are forced to unite with the guerrilla'

"The Kurdish people in all parts of Kurdistan should unite with the guerrilla," he said at the end of his speech. He also added: "To face the occupation attacks that target Southern Kurdistan as well as the rest of Kurdistan, the Kurdish people must unite with their fighters, and just as the guerrilla forces are standing up in the spirit of great sacrifice for these attacks, all the Kurdish people and their friends must support them.

The fighters seek to participate in the march to achieve victory, and Commander Abdullah Ocalan always said, "If you cannot do anything, you can pray." Everyone has great potential, and the people of southern Kurdistan were able to achieve their existence by making many sacrifices, and it is certain that this people will not stand idly by, and I am sure that they are aware of the struggle waged by the PKK, and will support this battle until the end. He saw this in engal, he saw how ISIS attacked southern Kurdistan, and how the Karela forces were the last to withdraw from Kirkuk. Therefore, the Karela forces are currently the center of the revolutionary mechanism in southern Kurdistan. They must support and support the Karela and unite with it.
