Self- Defence deserters conferred amnesty
On the occasion of the Newroz Day as well as Mothers', an amnesty was awarded by the General Command of the Self -Defence Forces and the Defence Office of North Eastern Syria to all deserted fighters from the Self-Defence Service.
Decree 21st was released by the General Command of the Self -Defence Forces in association with the Defence Office in North Eastern Syria on Newroz Day as well as Mothers' Day that included '' it was agreed upon that an amnesty be conferred on all deserters from service except for being indicted on terror, murder, looting, or embezzlement charges, all (deserters) are invited to settle their statuses as of March 21st, up to August 15th, 2021''.
