 - On the anniversary of the March 12 uprising, the councils of the districts of Tirbespiyê and Tal Hamis reads two separate statements in front of the council, while the council will visit the graves of two martyrs of the March 12 uprising in Hilweh and Bayandur villages, at 10:00, (attached with photos and video).

 - On the anniversary of the March 12 uprising, the Martyrs' Families Foundation in the Tirbepsiye district will visit the Shrine of the martyr Dilsher in the village of Digriê, and light candles, and make a statement, at 4:00 (attached with photos and video).

 - The forces of the Al-Jabhat al-Akrad in Manbij are organizing the graduation ceremony of the "Shirvan Regiment" course, at 1:00 pm, (attached with photos and video).

 Kurdistan

 - A number of the displaced in Afrin and Serekaniyê explained that the leaders of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Kurdish National Council did not touch their pain, and they received the killers of their children and those who deserted them from their homes, considering the council and its members as puppets that the Turkish occupation state and the coalition control.  (Attached with pictures and video).

 - People of Darbasiyah bemoaned the reception of the Başûr government and the Kurdistan Democrat, called Nasr Hariri, in  Hewlêr, and said: "How is a mercenary who has the hand in killing hundreds of Kurdish people in Serêkaniyê and Afrin on the holy land of Kurdistan?"  (Attached with pictures and video).

 - The Women's Office in the Tirbepsiyê sub-district will open an exhibition of folklore heritage tools in the Commune Rojava, north of the sub-district, at 12:00 (attached with photos and video)

 - European women expressed their solidarity with the women's revolution in Rojava, northern and eastern Syria, on the occasion of March 8, saying, “We support and salute the struggle of women, the only Rojava revolution in the world that allowed women to build their revolution.” (Attached with photos and video).

Politics

 - Human rights defender Hassan Mustafa asserted that friendly countries, the signatories of the Helsinki Agreement, and the countries that were guarantors of the 1987 Agreement must force the Turkish state to change its water policy towards the region, adding, "International courts will be resorted to if Turkey continues to reduce the water level of the Euphrates River."  Attached with photos and video).

 Dialogue

 - A member of the Presidential Council of  SDC Fahima Hamo said that the Turkish occupation state is exploiting its membership in NATO to attack the regions of northern and eastern Syria, considering the silence of the international community as a conspiracy against the Syrian people, and she also saw that there is no solution to the Syrian crisis in light of the Damascus government adhering to its mentality and its rejection of the Syrian dialogue  - The Syrian.  (Attached with pictures and video).

 - The killings in Al-Hol camp in eastern Syria have reached 73 incidents, which occurred against Iraqi refugees and displaced Syrians, two years after the families of ISIS mercenaries came to the camp, in February 2019, amid international silence about their trial, and the refusal to evacuate their subjects who had joined the ranks of ISIS  .  (Attached with pictures).
