The Ambassadors and representatives of human rights organizations held a video conferencing on December 4, on the trial of ISIS mercenaries who committed genocide and other human rights atrocities in both Iraq and Syria.

During the conference, the American Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice Morse Tan, spoke about the crimes against religious "minorities" and violation of international humanitarian law, calling for the establishment of a court similar to the Nuremberg tribunal to hold ISIS mercenaries accountable, indicating: "it is time to have justice done on criminals in Syria and Iraq. "

The slogan (No More Genocide) has not been fulfilled.

Both Matthews Daniels, founder of the Universal Rights Academy and the Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues, Kelly E. Curie, expressed their regret “about the horrific violations worldwide, especially against Yazidi women who were sexually slaved by ISIS mercenaries, and against the Rohingya minority by the Burma army, they added: "The slogan proposed in the past (No More Genocide) has not been fulfilled."

Daniels pointed out: “Establishing a court is a morally and legally correct response by the civilized world against the ISIS, and these trials will give moral credibility to the countries that signed and adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and even the slogan that was raised after approving of criminalization of genocide resolution is "No More Genocide," mean we must move from the stage of punishment to prevention, and the more to go on prevention for all forms of oppression is education. "

'What is happening in the occupied areas of northeast Syria are genocide operations'

For his part, the Vice-Presidency of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Bedran Ciya Kurd called again to "establish an international court and redress the victims in northeast Syria."

Ciya Kurd explained: “We have always called for the establishment of an international or international court, similar to the Nuremberg court, in order to raise the levels of combating terrorism internationally as holding such courts for ISIS mercenaries in the Autonomous Administration areas is a stage of utmost importance for the continuation of anti-terrorism operations, as well as for achieving international justice towards the perpetrators of crimes against humanity, and having justice done for the victims. "

He referred to Turkey's threats to northeast Syria and the crimes of its mercenary groups in Afrin, Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê, and said: "What is happening there is real genocide."

He called for justice to be done "to the right of those who practiced these violations and crimes in the Turkish occupation areas in general and in Afrin, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî in particular."

'Victims of ISIS massacres deserve justice'

Vice President of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom, Nadine Menza, noted during her meetings with representatives of the Yazidi community who highlighted the atrocities committed against them, and the Christians who were forced by ISIS mercenaries to pay the tribute.

Menza praised the role of the Autonomous Administration for creating the appropriate conditions for "minorities" to practice their religious rituals, and said: "The victims of ISIS massacres deserve justice, as the world needs to hold accountable those involved in these crimes, which are the worst since the Holocaust."

The director of the Polish department of the Pontifical Foundation for Helping Church in Needy , Father Waldemar Sisloo, and the Minister of the Hungarian State for Aid to the Persecuted Christians, Tristan Azbeg, both warned of the dwindling number of "minorities" in the Middle East, especially Christians, and in spite of all international laws that criminalize this work, the world is still he cannot stop the genocide of minorities.
