Earlier this week, the Tunisian Parliament witnessed violent incidents, as the representatives of the Dignity Coalition bloc allied with the Ennahda Movement assaulted the deputy of the Democratic Current Bloc, Anwar al-Shahd, and hit him in the head.

In addition, tension between blocs continues, at a time when calls escalate to the head of state to dissolve the parliament.

According to the media, the Tunisian President, Qais Saeed, is heading to take decisions in the days ahead, to confront the declared and hidden political calculations and arrangements led by the Ennahda movement and its allies and the efforts to topple the state and its institutions, using his broad constitutional powers.

It is noteworthy that Saeed's threats put the Movement and its president, Rashid Ghannouchi, under pressure, after he was accused by the opposition and trade union organizations of whitewashing terrorism, colluding with its perpetrators and covering them up, in reference to the Dignity Coalition bloc, which is described as the violent arm of Ennahda ".

Regarding this, the Tunisian political writer and head of the Maghreb Center for Research, Studies and Documentation Majid al-Barhoumi said: “The advocates of dissolving the Tunisian parliament, even if they will create a vacuum in the event that they are met, are excused after the torrent of action of the President of the Council, Rached Ghannouchi, in violation of the rules of parliamentary work and practices. The deputies of one of his affiliated parties who were involved in violence and bullying without Ghannouchi taking any deterrent action on them.

In an interview with Hawar News Agency, Al-Barhoumi said, "There is talk about inciting those representatives who are loyal to him against the representatives of non-loyal parties that did not enter the house of obedience." Nausea, damaging Tunisia's image abroad, and allies and friends were annoyed with it before the enemies. "

The Tunisian political writer and head of the Maghreb Center for Research, Studies and Documentation added: “It was only when Ghannouchi presided over his desire to silence every dissent in the dome of the Bardot Palace into verbal and material violence that affects those who oppose him and exposes his games and his insecurities by hiring thugs with the status of deputy, they are being harnessed to perform these dirty tasks. "

Al-Barhoumi concluded his speech by saying, "If the Tunisian parliament was operating normally and did not violate the creation of God, and no blood shed in it, no one would demand his solution, but Ghannouchi turned it unfortunately into a boxing arena in which his opponents feared for their physical safety."
