Iraqi MP: Barzani's message is to ignite sedition

Iraqi MP Sarkut Shams al-Din considered that the recent statement issued by the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, is seeking an excuse to ignite war.

Iraqi parliament member Sarkut Shams al-Din said, "What was stated in the response of the Chairman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani to the call of the PKK, can only be understood from him that he searched for an excuse to ignite war.

After the Kurdish Communities Union called for dialogue to avoid preventing any fighting, the response of the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, came in a provocative speech, as Barzani’s speech included directing accusations against the KCK without addressing the means of dialogue and resolving the crisis.

In the context of this issue, the Iraqi parliamentarian, Sarkut Shams al-Din, published a statement in which he said: "Barzani's message smells of blood, and if this matter is not prevented, we will be facing a great disaster because Masoud and Masrour cannot live without igniting crises."
