SDC expresses solidarity with Austria

In message of solidarity, on his special account on the social media websites, to the government and people of Austria, the co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council, Riyad Dirar, in the aftermath of what happened in the Austrian capital Vienna, said: ''on behalf of the Syrian Democratic Council, and in my name, co-chair of SDC in question, I declare solidarity with the free people of Austria against the terrorist attack in Vienna, that resulted in the killing and wounding number of the civilians, causing great horror."

Austrian authorities had announced, earlier last night, that a terrorist attack took place by an armed group, in 6 different places close to the biggest synagogue in the city, that resulted in the killing 3 of civilians and tens of injuries.

On this event Dirar said '' We denounce every terrorist act, and every incitement to hatred, and all backers and supporters of that, we respect of what is known about the people of Austria and all European peoples at critical times, and speed recovery after calamities, supportive to people in need, considered as safe shelter to refugees and displaced, who were fleeing from the rule of dictators.''  

Adding that: ''this country has always been in supporting the needed people without discrimination, so we pay tribute for this country.

The co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council prayed for mercy for the dead, and recovery for the wounded, and offered deepest condolences to the people and the government of Austria.
