Libyan military expert : the ceasefire is a resounding victory

Libyan military expert Mohamed Al-Tarhouni has stressed that the Libyan ceasefire agreement is a resounding political victory if applied effectively, pointing out that all articles and points that were discussed and agreed upon are all for the benefit of the Libyan people to expel all mercenaries backed by Turkey once for all.

Al-Tarhgouni made clear to ANHA that '' the agreement stipulates full and permanent departure of all foreign forces, of which Turkish and Syrian mercenaries, and guarantees that Turkey hands off Libya properly''.

The Libyan military analyst pointed out that all points that were asked by the Libyan Armed Forces, beginning from April 4^th, 2019, includes best points of which dismantling all armed formations in the western area controlled by armed forces not by the state, because we speak about a non-patriotic Presidential Council.

Al-Tarhouni indicated that these armed formations are oriented by political Islam related to the Muslim Brotherhood, or tribally oriented, or depend on regionalism such as Al-Zawiye militias, Al-Zuwara militias and Misrata militias''.

Al-Tarhouni pointed out that the points that were proposed by the Libyan Armed Forces Supreme Command are real victory, for when all Syrian mercenaries are exited, and so the Turkish Forces at the Mitiga Base and Al-Watiye Base, our victory would be a very big one, and this is what the Libyan Armed Forces look for.
