In a speech before the Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly, Le Drian said that talks on Karabakh in Geneva will take place tomorrow, Thursday, and negotiations will follow in Moscow next Monday.

Le Drian pointed out that France, Russia and the United States in their capacity as co-chairs of the Minsk Group of Karabakh within the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, are organizing the talks to launch a dialogue between the two parties of the conflict, pointing out the need for this dialogue to start without preconditions.

The French Foreign Minister stressed that Turkey is involved in the Karabakh conflict militarily, warning that this threatens to push the conflict out of its borders.
