The correspondent of "Hawar" news agency in Tal Tamer district said that violent clashes broke out between the mercenary factions in the northern and western countryside of Tal Tamr district.

Our correspondent indicated that the clashes are taking place in the meantime in the village of Mahmudiyah, northwest of Tal Tamr district, 9 km away.
