YPG reveal Şev Reş, Hozan martyrs' record

The Media Center of the People's Protection Units (YPG) issued today a statement to the public opinion, during which it revealed the record of the two martyrs. The statement stated:

"The Member of the Anti-Terrorism Units Şev Reş Qamishlo was wounded in the campaign that our forces started against ISIS sleeper cells in Deir ez-Zor. On the date of June 27, he reached the level of martyrdom. Our comrade Hosan Beyanish was martyred on June 6, 2020 after a disease in the city of al-Hasakah.

The comrade Şev Reş was born in Qamishlo city, and grew up within a national family. Under the influence of our struggle against occupation and reactionary, he joined the ranks of the revolution. In our operations and campaigns against hidden ISIS cells, he did not take a step back, and joined with strong will. Our companion Şev Reş performed his duties and responsibilities with great passion.

The comrade Hozan was born within a national family. the comrade Hosan joined the ranks of the revolution to confront the attacks that were developing on the Rojava Revolution and northern Syria, and was wounded in the struggle. He believed in the struggle on the basis of the freedom and democracy of peoples, fought moment by moment against all forms of attacks, and joined the war of resistance that we were engaged in.

In the person of our companions, Şev Reş  Qamishlo and Hozan Beyanish, we commemorate all the martyrs of the revolution with respect and gratitude, and we express our condolences to the families of the martyrs and our people.
