Afrin displaced call on international community to stop Turkish occupation of Başûr

The displaced of Afrin, who live in Al-Shahba district, called on human rights organizations and concerned parties to intervene quickly to stop the attacks of the Turkish occupation on Şengal district and Mexmûr camp in Başûr (southern of Kurdistan).

Yesterday, the Turkish occupation army bombed the Şengal district and Mexmûr camp.

Afrin people condemned the crimes of the Turkish occupation army and called on the international community to intervene.

Laila Ibrahim denounced "the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on Mexmûr and Şengal as the Turkish state targeted civilians, and not only did it displace them from Bakûr Kurdistan, and it continues to attack them now."

She called on the relevant international organizations to take action to stop these attacks against defenseless civilians.

In the same context, Rasheed Suleiman said, "We condemn the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on southern Kurdistan, Başûr. These attacks aim to separate the Kurdish people, but we, the young people of Afrin, will join hands with them and fight until the last breath."

Suleiman appealed to the Iraqi government and the government of the Kurdistan region to address these fierce attacks on the Kurdish people.

In turn, Muhammed Hussein called on the United Nations and human rights organizations to stop the bombing of the Turkish occupation and break its silence regarding the Turkish occupation's attacks on civilians.

While Ali Ahmad condemned the attacks of the Turkish occupation on southern Kurdistan, and called on human rights organizations to intervene quickly to stop these attacks.
