YPŞ: Four fighters wounded in Turkish air strikes

The General Command of the Şengal Resistance Units YPŞ revealed that only 4 of its fighters were wounded in the Turkish aggression yesterday, Sunday night, which targeted 6 bases of YPŞ .

The General Command indicated in a statement today, Monday, that the Turkish occupation launched air strikes between midnight yesterday Sunday and on 1 o'clock after midnight, and it targeting of 6 bases of YPŞ.

The statement of the General Command of the YPŞ denied receiving any human losses in its ranks, while it revealed that 4 of its fighters were wounded.

The statement pointed out that "yesterday's attack is the second largest attack by the Turkish occupation on Şengal, after the April 2017 attack," considering the Turkish military attack as a "cultural genocide."

The statement also considered yesterday's attack "an attempt to revive the ISIS attack in 2014, seek to change the demography of the region, and systematically spread the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood in Şengal.

The statement stressed that "the YPŞ will not allow the Turkish occupation to fulfill its hopes and aspirations." He added, "The Şengal Resistance Units are the guerrilla force of the Yazidi people, and they have established themselves in the midst of the fiercest battles, and not by people sitting behind tables."

In its conclusion, the statement appealed to all the Yezidi people from Şengal to Sheikhan and from the European continent to Russia to turn all squares and squares into squares and fields of resistance in front of the fascist attacks.
