Aleppo people: Ocalan's freedom is a constant demand

Within the reactions condemning the continued imposition of isolation on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, a number of the people of Aleppo city expressed their dissatisfaction with the practices of the Turkish occupation state, and confirmed that they will continue to work until his liberation.

"Weak arguments will not prevent us from continuing to demand our leader's freedom"

The citizen Amal Horo said to Hawar news agency: "We, the women of Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood, denounce the isolation imposed on the leader Ocalan, which we consider the completion of the conspiracy plotted against him 21 years ago. We will work to lift the isolation on our leader, and we demand allowing his lawyers to visit him and check on his health status."

She concluded her speech by noting that the Turkish state's pretexts will not prevent them from continuing the escalation of struggle, and said: "The false arguments of the Turkish fascist state, the latest of which was the spread of the Coruna virus will not prevent us from continuing to demand the freedom of our leader."

“The isolation took place in a sensitive political stage”

As for the citizen Sultana Mohammed, she said: "The isolation was imposed on the leader in a sensitive political stage, and we fear the fate of the leader in these difficult days. Where are the humanitarian organizations that work to preserve the prisoners' rights? If there is democracy in this world, let us lift the isolation on our leader."

Sultana Mohammed touched on the sabotage and exhumation that affected the graves of the martyrs, and said: "The whole world sanctifies and respects the graves of martyrs except the Turkish occupation army which fears the remains of our martyrs, so it practices such immoral and inhumane actions. I want to appeal to all groups of the Kurdish people to unite to secure our rights and preserve our sanctities."

Ending crises and wars of the Middle East depends on Ocalan's freedom

While the citizen Mostafa Shaheen pointed out that their demand for Ocalan's freedom is fixed and unchangeable, and said: "The issue of the continuation of the imposed isolation is denounced, and we will not accept the continuation of these practices. We will go to the arenas, we will escalate the struggle, and we will work to organize peaceful activities until our demands are fulfilled and our leader's freedom is achieved."

Mostafa concluded his speech by noting that Ocalan's freedom will lead to putting forward a solution to the Middle East's issues, and he continued: "I want to mention that if we want a solution to the Kurdish issue and an end to the crises and wars in the Middle East, we must work to liberate our leader who has the keys to the solution in order to move from the war phase to the stage of permanent peace among the peoples."

It is worth mentioning that the Turkish state prevents the lawyers from meeting with the leader Abdullah Ocalan repeatedly, and also rejects his family's requests to hold meetings with him in practices that violate all international laws and covenants, according to jurists and specialists in legal affairs.
