SDF reveals outcome of "Counter-Terrorism" on sixth day

The media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces revealed the outcome of the operation "Counter-Terrorism" on its sixth day, stressing that the geographical area that has been searched is 70 km long and 80 km across to the Iraqi border, and the arrest of 14 mercenaries.

The media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces said in its statement:

"The Syrian Democratic Forces, in coordination with the international coalition forces, are still on the ground and in the air, completing sweeps and raids in the desert areas and the villages there, and also in coordination with the Iraqi side on the border.

The geographical area that has been searched is 70 km in length and 80 km in width, all the way to the Iraqi border, where a number of villages have been searched.

Also commandos and coalition forces raided 6 terrorist cell sites.

During the raid and combing operations, 14 terrorists and suspects were arrested and seized various weapons.

Also, a military division that was searching was subjected to resistance by one of the cells and shooting, but our forces dealt with it militarily, and the situation was controlled and the gunmen were arrested without any losses or injuries by our forces.
