A military source of the Libyan National Army confirmed, on Tuesday, to media outlets that the Libyan National Army, with all its units and military forces, is preparing to launch a military operation in the city of Misrata, northwest of Libya, during the next two days, to eliminate armed militias.

And leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood are based in the city to receive Turkish support through the airport and ports in the city.

This comes as the Libyan National Army took control, on Monday evening, over a large area of ​​Al Hirah, south of the capital, Tripoli, near Gharyan.

And the Libyan army spokesman, Major General Ahmed al-Mismari announced, on Sunday evening, that "the Libyan army forces arrested Muhammad al-Ruwaidani, known as Abu Bakr al-Ruwaidani," who described him as one of the most dangerous ISIS elements who had moved from Syria to Libya.
