Afrin displaced receive Eid al-Fitr in pain due to continued Turkish violations

In the end of Ramadan and with the Eid Al-Fitr,  the Turkish occupation army continues its bombardment of populated areas in Sherawa district, especially agricultural lands and causes fires in agricultural crops. Yesterday, they led to the loss of a young man's life while trying to with some people to extinguish the fire.

In this context, our agency ANHA monitored the  forcibly displaced opinions in Al-Shahba district.

Ibrahim Hanan, who lives in Babans village, condemned the crimes and violations of the Turkish occupation and said: "The Turkish state of occupation did not stop by displacing us, but continued to bomb us in the areas we migrated to, and does not observe the inviolability of virtuous days and holidays even though it claims Islam. With the coming of the Eid al-Fitr, the Turkish occupation bombed villages of Sherawa district yesterday, which led to the outbreak of fire in agricultural crops and the death of 22-year-old Jamil Ahmed, who was killed in the shelling while trying to extinguish the fire with the villagers.

Hanan continued his speech, "While the world is busy with the atmosphere of Eid, people of Afrin bury their children who were martyred at the hands of the occupation army."

Hanan confirmed that they are steadfast and insist on resisting and staying in Al-Shahba despite the continuous shelling until they return to Afrin.

In her turn, Shiraz Yousef described the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries as missing the "humanity, morals and religion" and said: "The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue with the first days of Eid Al-Fitr, their violations and their crimes against us. This occupier and its mercenaries do not possess the lowest human morals and they have lost morals and religion. "

Shiraz called on humanitarian organizations and the world to intervene to stop Turkey's violations and protect civilians and displaced people from the crimes of occupation and its mercenaries.

In the same context, Mohammed Hamo spoke and said: "The Turkish aggression aims to exterminate the Kurdish people and break their will in all forms. Not only did it displace us from our homes, but it pursues us here to target our crops and livelihoods and continues to kill our children."

Hamo appealed to all Kurdish forces to accelerate the unification of the ranks and work to end the Turkish occupation of Afrin and return them to their homes.
