Trump declares New York a disaster zone because of Corona

The U.S. president added in a press conference of the American administration about the Corona epidemic that there are free tests to detect cases.

For his part, the U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said that the American people have responded positively to the anti-Corona decisions.

"We are trying to meet everything doctors need to tackle the virus," Pence added, stressing that both the Democratic and Republican parties are cooperating to confront Corona.

The U.S. vice president announced that he will undergo  the examination of the new Corona virus on Saturday after it was found that one of his aides is infected with the virus.

Pence added: "Although the White House doctor made clear that there is no reason to believe that I am exposed to infection and that there is no need to conduct the examination, and based on the tasks that I do as a vice president at the head of the White House team to combat the Corona virus, we will undergo my wife and I to Corona examination later in the afternoon."

He added: "Neither the President Donald Trump, nor me communicated directly with this employee," noting that the latter is "fine."
