Iraq.. Demos calling for the exit of foreign forces

The American embassy in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, has hung a warning poster on a cement wall located in front of its heavily fortified complex, in anticipation of a million-dollar demonstration against the presence of Washington in Iraq. In an attempt to avoid the scenario of storming her campus on the last day of last December.

The leader of the Sadrist Movement in Iraq, Muqtada al-Sadr, called for what he described as a "peaceful million demonstration" to demand an end to the presence of American forces in the country, at a time when factions of the popular crowd loyal to Iran announced their intention to participate in the million rally.
