Videoed.. Russian helicopters shelling gas canisters

The eighth joint patrol that went out in Kobane Canton on Monday afternoon confronted a crowd of protesters in dozens of villages where the joint patrols had passed through as hundreds of people came out in the villages of Jarqly, Sevtik, Binder and Khorkhiri and other villages west of Kobane. They lobbed with stones the Turkish armored vehicle, expressing their rejection against the  passage of the Turkish vehicles through the Syrian territory.

Two Russian helicopters that participated in the patrol shelled the protestors with tear gas bombs alongside the Turkish occupation armored vehicles that attacked the demonstrators and fired gas canisters as well. At the same time, the cameras of some protesters documented the moments when planes and armored vehicles fired gas canisters at the residents.

It is worthy of mention that in the same context, another Russian patrol came out today from Ain Issa district, headed towards the silos of Sherkrak in the  countryside Gire Spi / Tal Abyad, while a Russian patrol went from the silos of Sherkrak direction headed towards the town of al-Jalabia, and both patrols passed at the same time at Ain Issa checkpoint, amid the Russian helicopter flying over the patrols to protect them.
