Deir ez-Zor elders call on continuing resistance,  standing by SDF

The reactions of refuse continue against the Turkish aggression on areas of northeastern Syria, and condemn the international silence, which has not shown any humanitarian reaction for protecting peoples of northeastern Syria against the oppression of Turkish fascism. The role of the Arab tribes also was highlighted in raising the people’ awareness of the Turkish occupation dangers, and the need to resist to preserve the gains made following ISIS defeat.

Hayes Jijan al-Shahoth, one of Hajin town's notables in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor referred during an interview with ANHA, to the historical ambitions of Turkey, which went back to the days of the Ottomans until the present, describing this stage as sensitive, calling on the region peoples of all spectra and clans to reject discrimination and stand together alongside SDF, that were fighting the Dignity Resistance against the Turkish occupation.

He added: “Erdogan is trying to obliterate the  cultural and civilized identity of the region peoples, to ensure the permanence of his occupation, change its demographics, and spread a bunch of mercenaries, and gangs loyal to him along the border with Syria and Iraq for serving his interests and to be tools of his criminality, to use them whenever he wants.”

 Al-Shahoth stressed that the peoples of the region and their clans would not accept the return of ISIS mercenaries to occupy the region and wreak havoc in it. He called on all of the peoples spectra to cultivate their farmers and asked the intellectuals to put hands in hands and unite against the Turkish aggression.

Mohammed Shaaban al-Zayed, who is also one of the Hajin's elders, added to al-Shahoth's talk that Erdogan was launching  a media war to justify to the world his aggression and massacres that he committed continuously in northeastern Syria, through his  false statements, under the pretext of eliminating terrorism, but his arguments and lies were no longer meaningful.  The crimes that his soldiers, ISIS mercenaries and Jabhet al-Nusra committed, had shown to the whole world the real terrorist and the main supporter of terrorism.

 Mohammed al-Zayed also referred to the policy in the occupied areas, which aimed at changing completely the demographics, by taking away the money of  the native people and their property, and handing them over to the families of mercenaries, who had been brought in to the region from far and wide, and those actions were against all the International laws and conventions and human rights, calling on the international community to apply the spirit of law and put an end to these violations.

Al-Zayed stressed at the end of his speech that all the people's components stood behind the military forces and the political administration to preserve the gains of the martyrs, who had watered with their blood every inch of this area.
