The channel quoted sources in Ansar Allah as saying that air navigation at the airport "stopped" after that, while there was no confirmation or denial by the Saudi authorities or the Arab alliance, which has been fighting the Houthis in Yemen since 2015.

The channel also pointed out that the "Air Force" of "Ansar Allah" fired three missiles of "Zelzal -1" on the positions of the Saudi army in the area of Abwab al-Hadid in Aseer province, while the sniper unit targeted a number of Saudi soldiers in the same front, and that resulted in the killing of a number of them.

The Houthis announced on Tuesday the launching of attacks on the King Khalid Air Base in the Khamis Mushayt area in southwestern Saudi Arabia by a drone, and announced two days ago the launching of attacks by drones on Jazan Airport in southwestern Saudi Arabia, the fifth operation of its kind in a month.
