IS foreigners in al-Hol camp increase

The number of refugees, displaced persons and IS' families is increasing in al-Hol camp in conjunction with the continuation of the battle to defeat terrorism. The number of IS' foreign families has reached 6,251 persons.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) is still advancing in the last "battle to defeat terrorism" to defeat IS mercenaries from north and east of Syria, while IS' families are surrendering to the troops that are transporting them to al-Hol camp in southeastern of al-Hasakah city.

The total number of displaced persons, refugees and IS' families reached 65,124, including 6,251 foreign families of IS.

Nabil Hassen reported that among the arrivals to al-Hol camp, there are IS' mercenaries of Syrian and Iraqi origins who are classified into sectors within the camp, and the families of foreign mercenaries are transferred to their own camp.

Nabil Hassen, the official of the Relations Committee at al-Hol camp said that due to the large numbers of the refugees who are flocking to the camp, the administration is now working to prepare two other sectors.

Nabil Hassen confirmed that they are working in cooperation with the Kurdish Red Crescent to receive the mercenaries' families and provide them with the initial supplies.
