'Our joy to be completed when leader, Afrin are liberated

The eighth of March marks the International Women's Day where all women in the world will celebrate this day. This day is the day to show women's achievements.

On this occasion, our agency, Hawar news (ANHA) has met with ed-Dirbasiya district's women in al-Hasakah canton to talk about how to receive this day.

The citizen Felek Nazir congratulated the parliamentarian Leyla Guven whose hunger strike exceeded three months, and the female fighters who are resisting on the fighting fronts on the International Women's Day, and said, "Since days, I have been preparing the folkloric costume which I am going to wear in our international day. This day is considered as a blessed day for women who have been liberated from injustice and tyranny."

Felek stressed that their greatest celebration would be the liberation of Afrin from the hands of the Turkish occupation and lifting the isolation on the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The citizen Dilber Shamo expressed her happiness at the arrival of International Women's Day and said, "This year, we will celebrate two occasions; the first is the World Women's Day and the second is the liberation of all our regions from IS' mercenaries," and she congratulated the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) on this day.
