14 martyrs commemorated in al-Darbasiya

Martyrs' Families Council in al-Darbasiya district of al-Hasakah canton held a funeral ceremonies to commemorate 14 martyrs of the People Defense Forces, the People's Protection Units and the Self-Defense Forces who were martyred in different places and times of the struggle of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement and Rojava Revolution.

The funeral ceremonies  waere held in the Center of Culture, Art where martyrs, who were commemorated were "Kamal Bash" (Shardan), Mazlum Ali (Mazloum), Hussein al-Arabo (Hussein), Jekdar Hassu (Jekdar) , Ata al-Lah al-Jerba Ata al-La Ahmad Fewaz al-Sherabin (Serrhed Joudi), Siban Osman (Shivker Derbasiya), Sheikhmos Sheikho (Mmo), Dalyar Seli (Jan Sheer), Hussein Al Ali (Mazloum Darbasiya), Berkhdan Framz (Berkhdan), Hussein Dakhil (Dejwar), Abed al-Rehman Meshoh (Sened), Zoher Ahmed al-Sed (Qenas).

The center hall was decorated with pictures of the martyrs and the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan in addition to the flags of the People and Women Protection Units and Martyrs Families Council.

The funeral ceremony began with holding a minute of silence, after which the administrative director of the Martyrs Families Council Salem al-Salem said: "We commemorate a number of martyrs who sacrificed in order to protect their people. Today we, as the Council of Martyrs' Families, commemorate our 14 martyrs, we will step up the struggle to liberate every area of this homeland and will continue our struggle to demand the freedom of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan.
