A terrorist in the deal which was to hand over 200 IS mercenaries  from Turkey to IS, reveals the details.

The support of the Turkish regime led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan has increased during the period of its occupation of the Syrian and Iraqi territories, and not only the opening of airports, and the facilitation of their transit across the border, but also the delivery of 200 foreign IS which Turkey is still silent on it, but in this part of our dossier, one of the 200 who were entered by the Turkish intelligence service, MIT, inside the Syrian territory via Girê Spî crossing before it was liberated by the People's Protection Units reveals the truth.

An Uzbek mercenary is arrested because of the expiration date of his passport, and not because he is mercenary of IS

The mercenary Adel Rustam Madrakhimov, born in Uzbekistan in 1961, traveled to Turkey in 2014, accompanied by his 6-year-old daughter, to be followed by his wife after arriving in IS. After his arrival in Turkey, he settled in Konya and remained there for three months, but Turkish security forces arrested him after the end of the period allowed to stay in Turkey based on what is in his passport, not because he was of IS.

According to mercenary, Turkish security kept him detained in the central prison of Konya for two months, and the security kept his daughter, who is 6 years old. Two months later, they told him they would release him to return to his country, but the Turkish intelligence service known as MIT intervened and took him from security forces.

Turkish Consulate in Mosul .. What happened then

On June 9, 2014, IS launched an attack on the city of Mosul. The next day, on June 10, IS controlled whole city. Turkey claimed that the "IS" had kidnapped 49 people from the consulate in Mosul, including the consul himself. But IS known the execution of all its hostages in brutal ways, did not heart the members of the Turkish consulate, but they remained safe until the date of the deal with Turkey.

The deal began with the start of attacks on Kobanî in northern Syria on September 15, 2014. Turkey sent tanks, heavy weapons and ammunition on September 17 to IS in the village of Sleib Qaran between Kobanî and Tal Abyad, which was under the control of IS.

The deal was completed on September 20.

Erdogan then claimed that they had been "liberated" by an intelligence operation, even though IS brought them to the crossing and handed them over to the Turkish authorities.

Erdogan's government has been evading and is still evading the truth revealed by many sources and talked about many mercenaries, who called on those who were in charge of the supervision of the crossing, and the Syrian forces arrested during the liberation of the city. But the mercenary Adel Rustam Madrakhimov was one of the 200 men who were handed over by Turkey to IS leadership at the crossing.

Turkish intelligence moved them to the crossing and handed them to IS

the mercenary Adel said ,"after I was extradited to the Turkish intelligence service and when the promised day came, the anonymous travel journey that lasted for many hours began." The mercenary did not know where he would be taken, and his little girl accompanied him on the trip with Turkish intelligence.

Hours later, the mercenary, arrived at the Syrian-Turkish border, and Tal Abyad crossing, where the mercenary remained for hours until his turn came for Turkish intelligence to send him on the other side of the border.

The mercenary confirms the existence of a deal between IS and Turkish intelligence.

The mercenary says he tried to flee four times to return home because of his daughter's demand to meet her mother. But when he failed, he asked his wife to come, who in turn went to Turkey and communicated with the immigration office there.

Special place for IS women in Istanbul

After the mercenary, Madrakhimov, applied to the immigration office to secure the necessary supplies for his wife, his wife arrived in Istanbul, where she was transported by mercenaries to a special place for women in the city. The mercenary contacted Madrakhimov with his wife. His wife assured him there were dozens of foreign women in that place.

From Tal Abyad to al-Raqqa and surrender in Hajin

Since the intervention of Turkish intelligence in Syria in September 2014, the mercenary Adel Rustam Madrakhimov went to al-Raqqa and stayed until the SDF began in late 2016 with Wrath of the Euphrates to liberate Al-Raqqa started. As the campaign entered its fifth and final phase in mid-2017, however, as a result of the bombing of the city by the regime forces, he moved to Deir ez-Zor.

In late 2018, mercenary Adel Rustam Madrakhimov handed over himself and his daughter to SDF.
