Stockholm women sent letter to Leila Guven

A number of women's organizations in Stockholm have gathered to support the  parliamentarian Leila Guven, who has been on hunger strike for 81 days.

A number of women gathered in Stockholm holding pictures of Leyla Guven and read a letter and sent it to the parliamentarian Leila Guven.

The women said that they were following the struggle of Leyla Guven for democracy and humanity and expressed their support for it. The women demanded lifting the isolation posed on that the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan and to allow his lawyers to meet him.

The women pointed out that Turkey is a fascist state and suppresses all those who oppose Erdogan's policy and arrested thousands of opponents, and demanded the world powers and opinion to accept the demands of Leyla Guven and the hunger strikers.

The women said "We want to release all political prisoners and we want to lift the isolation posed on Ocalan."
