PYD 3rd conference in Tirbê Spîyê ended 

QAMIŞLO

Under the slogan "With Will and Organization, We Will Liberate Afrin and Build Decentralized and Democratic Syria," PYD held its 3rd conference in Tirbê Spîyê district in Qamişlo canton at Roj hall.

375 members in the party, guests from a number of political parties and the civil society institutions participated in the conference's works.

The conference's activities started with holding a minute of silence. Then, speeches were delivered among them the speech of the joint presidency of the party that was delivered by the co-chair Shahoz Hassen, the speech of the Martyrs' Families Council by the administrator Karker Hussein and on behalf of Kongra Star by Ghaliya Ayyob.

All the speeches congratulated the party's members on holding the conference and wished them success.

The speeches also pointed out that the enemies of the peoples and democracy attempt with all means to foil the democratic nation's project of north and east Syria's components.

The speeches noted that the Turkish state and its mercenaries intervened into Syria under the pretext of opposition, killed, looted the civilians' possessions and occupied the Syrian lands so the Syrian people must confront the occupation to guarantee the Syrian crisis' solution. 

After that, the congratulatory telegrams sent by the political parties and the civil institutions were read. Then, a divan consisted of 5 members was elected for the conference's administration.

Furthermore, the annual report of the activities of the party in Tirbê Spîyê was read and discussed.

After hours of the conference's continuation, the way was opened for the participants to nominate and elect for PYD's administration's council in Tirbê Spîyê district, and 12 members were elected for the council. Then, the conference's works ended with pledging to continue the struggle and work according to the principles of PYD by the elected.
