The number of Afrin canton 's women have praised the resistence which was made by Leyla Guven in the prisons of the fascist Turkish , asserting that her demands are the demands of all the Kurdish people, and added that the concerned parties must meet their demands because their health is deteriorating day by day."

The Co-chair of the Democratic Society Conference and the parliamentarian of Democratic People's Party in Colemêrg Leyla Guven , who has been on hunger strike for more than 60days ,demanding to lift the isolation of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan last week , her mother passdaway and she would not be able to attend funeral ceremony due to deteriorating health status.

The Co-chair of Economic Body Malla Rashid said "The history of the Kurdish people in general is full of victories over authoritarian and tyrannical regimes for the rights of the Kurdish people."

She pointed out that ,through large revolutions and many people responded to the attacks targeting them, and women had an major role in the response to the aggression and occupation in parts of Kurdistan, and the personality of Leyla Guven and her great activity in the prisons of fascism Turkish renewed struggle and the struggle of women.

She pointed out that the will of Leyla Guvan even with the death of her mother and inability to attend the funeral ceremony and burying her mother has not weakened and is still determined to continue its activity by hunger strike till achieving her demands, this raises the anger of the Turkish government day after day and makes them confused ,how the people adhere with the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan ."

The deputy of Women Body's Head Salha Mohammed " the leader of the kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan by his thought had reinforced status of Kurdish women in particular and of all the women of the world in general because he has great intellectual and democratic thought ,and the parliamentarian Leyla Guven holds same thought .

Salha noted that the Turkish state tried to accept the presence of Leyla Guven at her mother's ceremony to weaken her will and abandon her demands ,but resisted and foiled Turkish politics through her strong will."

Salha said at the end of her speech, "the authorities must meet the demands of Leyla Guven because her health is deteriorating day by day"
