Tel Koçer people: Occupier cannot play role of savior and liberator

The statements of the Turkish occupation's president Erdogan that he works to liberate the Arabs and Kurds provoked the resentment of the people of the components of the northern regions of Syria, where a number of people from Tel Koçer district in Qamishlo rejected the Turkish allegations and threats.

The people of Tel Koçer have asserted that they live freely, run themselves within the democratic nation's approach and are ready to defend their land without relying on anyone.

The citizen Newaf al-Khedan said in the name of the Arab component and all the tribes in Tel Koçer, "We condemn the Turkish threats to the northern regions of Syria and call on the Turkish people to deter the Turkish aggression from our regions."

He added, "The best proof of the truth of the Turkish targets is the occupation of Afrin and the displacement of its people. The violations committed by the occupation in Afrin are the best proof of the reality of the ambitions and objectives of the Turkish state."

Al-khedan denounced the Turkish threats and stressed the readiness of the region's components to defend themselves. He added, "We say no to the Turkish blatant interference, and we will defend our land in Deir ez-Zor."

 He said, "Now, we are living in peace thanks to the Syrian Democratic Forces who defend our land and honor in Deir ez-Zor area."

Fawaz al-Raad also spoke about the Turkish violations in the occupied areas and said, "We saw what happened in the areas of Syria; destruction and displacement."

Fawaz al-Raad talked about freedom and democracy which were achieved through the experience of the Autonomous Administration, and added, "We are working to pursue and continue to succeed it." He continued, "We say to all the countries and the public opinion to visit the Syrian north and see the democracy we live with."

Fener al-Faisal expressed his comment on the American withdrawal and said, "We have protected our land in Jezaa, al-Hol and many areas by ourselves without depending on anyone so we are ready to defend our gains and our land until victory."
