Afrin women recall their meetings with Ocalan

In the context of the activities in support of the co-chair of the Democratic Society Conference and the parliamentarian in the Democratic Peoples' Party, Leila Guven demanding to lift the isolation of the leader Ocalan, the Golden Crescent of Afrin organized a musical evening in Serdem camp in al-Shahba canton.

The evening was attended by dozens of residents of the camp, and members of the Culture and Art Movement, the Golden Crescent, Civil Institutions and Kongra Star.

The women who had met the leader of the Kurdish people, Abdullah Ocalan, spoke during the conversation about the great importance that Ocalan had given to women in particular, and planting seeds of love among all peoples and components.

The women noted that the light of freedom came thanks to the ideology and philosophy of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan, and that he has a democratic project that preserves the culture and language of all peoples away from the extreme mentality, the one ideology and nationalism.

They also confirmed that Ocalan motivated them to the need for self-education and dissemination among the people, in addition to the need to develop the mother tongue.

Their meetings with Ocalan made their personality more responsible for the Kurdish issue and renewed the covenant to the martyrs that they will follow their path and will remain in the squares until gaining the freedom of Ocalan and achieve the goals of the martyrs.

The event ended with slogans of the women's resistance and demanding for the freedom of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan.
