Politicians: Ranks must be united to face any potential aggression

Turkey's threats to occupy the north-east of Syria were echoed by politicians from al-Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood of Aleppo, who said that it was necessary to unite against any Turkish aggression.

The politicians pointed out that the threats come at a time when Turkey is experiencing economic contention and the approaching municipal elections in Turkey and Bakur (northern Kurdistan), pointing out that the goal is drew attention from inside crises of Turkey towards abroad by launching an attack on areas of north-east Syria.

"The government of justice and development has destroyed the Turkish people and rejects all forms of peace and democracy.

Anyone who opposes Erdogan is stripped of his civil rights

Mohammed Fawzi said that all the practices of the AKP government, when compared with the principles of human rights, "we will find that this government represents an unprecedented" fascism, "in short, everyone who opposes Erdogan stripped of his civil rights, and this is what we see in most areas of Bakur Kurdistan"

Fawzi said "any democratic model in the region is a danger to Erdogan's government and its Ottoman dreams."

"In eight years of the Syrian crisis, we have seen the extent to which Erdogan's hand is stained with the blood of the Syrian people," he said.

"The silence of the whole world against Erdogan's terrorism is the surprising in this matter," he said, adding that Erdogan's recent comments on launching an attack on the north-east regions of Syria were well thought out, "and came at a time when the offices of the Kurdistan Freedom Movement were locked in al-sulaimania, and the Turkish warplanes on Şengal and Mexmûr Makhmour, and this plot aimed at hitting the democratic project wherever it is."
Mohammed Amin said that the Turkish attacks on Afrin with all its military and sophisticated forces "are evidence of the plot aimed at targeting the democratic experiment and the will of free people."

He pointed out that if the Turkish occupation launched an attack on the regions of north and east Syria, then the SDF have the right to use their legitimate defense and target the occupation in any area such as Jarablus, Idlib and Afrin."

The politicians appealed to all the people of Syria abroad or in the interior to go to the squares to denounce the Turkish threats, and demanded the unification of the row "to confront any potential aggression aimed at their presence and land."
