SDF advanced , liberated 3126 civilians

The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces today issued a written statement in which it revealed the outcome of the military operations of their forces during the last 24 hours of the "battle to defeat terrorism", the last stages of al-Jazeera tempest campaign.

The text of the statement is:

1-Al-Bagouz axis :The terrorists attacked our fighters' positions with heavy and light weapons. Then they tried to launch a major attack. Our fighters confronted them. Violent clashes ensued, during which the terrorists were killed and wounded. Our fighters seized quantities of weapons and ammunition, including a car bomb.

In the afternoon, this axis witnessed the most intense clashes ever. Terrorists used all types of heavy and light weapons and snipers, but our fighters resisted them, and killed and wounded them, forcing the rest to retreat and flee from the battlefield.

Military engineering units have begun to dismantle the mines planted by terrorists in the area.

In the early hours of the evening, our fighters launched an attack on terrorist positions, killing a number of them, with a distance of 1 km on this axis. They managed to install 17 points while the terrorists fled. Our fighters also seized another car bomb, which was equipped to explode.

On the other side, the terrorists attacked the points and positions of our forces. Our forces responded. The clashes lasted more than 4 hours. Several terrorists were killed and several others were injured. Our fighters were able to detonate a car bomb. Terrorists bombarded our positions with (ASPG) missile, and caused little damage

The terrorists tried to regroup, in preparation for a third attack, but our fighters defeated them. They launched a fierce attack on the positions and fortifications of the terrorists, which broke out with strong clashes. The terrorists resorted to the use of all types of weapons, light and heavy, but our fighters inflicted heavy losses on them. Dozens of them were wounded, while the others fled and our engineering units dismantled several mines in the area.

On the other fronts, there were continuous clashes, in which terrorists used heavy and light weapons as well as mortar and rocket attacks, but our fighters responded to all attacks and killed and wounded them. .

2 - Hajin axis: This axis also witnessed in the morning violent clashes between our fighters and terrorists where the terrorists launched an attack on the positions of our fighters in this axis, causing strong clashes, in which dozens of terrorists were killed and wounded, the withdrew and left behind their dead and their weapons, our fighters advanced in the region and were able to install 35 points. While the International Alliance aircraft carried out several air strikes, targeting sites and points of IS terrorists.

The terrorist organization attacked again by using all kinds of weapons, light and heavy, with great resistance from our fighters, killing and injuring dozens of terrorists while our forces advanced 2 km. They managed to liberate 3126 civilians who were surrounded by the terrorist organization and took human shields , and our fighters brought them to liberated and safe areas.

In the clashes, a number of our fighters were wounded and taken to the field hospitals for treatment.

This axis was witnessing continuous clashes, interspersed with artillery shelling, until the liberation of this toll.

3. The final outcome of the clashes:

- The number of terrorists killed: 121 / Terrorist.

- The terrorist casualties: destruction of 44 sites and a gathering of terrorists, destruction of a 1-Dushka weapons, cutting off 7 military roads used by terrorists, and destroying a car bomb number 1.

- The weapons seized by our fighters: Kalashnikov Weapon No. 3, Weapon Number 1 /, Car bomb number / 2 /.

-The  number of strikes launched by the international coalition: 50 / strike.
