YPG killed 11 mercenaries in Afrin

The People's Protection Units(YPG) carried out operations in the villages of Afrin canton, resulting in the elimination of 11 mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army.

The Media Center of the People's Protection Units today issued a statement to the public saying that operations have eliminated 11 mercenaries and injured several others.

The statement said:

"In the framework of the second stage of the Resistance of the Age in Afrin, our forces carried out two special operations targeting the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in Deir Mishmash and the center of Janders district, killing at least 11 mercenaries and injuring several others.

On December 2, our units carried out an operation targeting a mercenary patrol of the so-called "Jaish al-Islam" in Deir Mishmash in the center of Afrin city, where a military vehicle was destroyed and 5 mercenaries were killed and three others were injured.

On the same date, our units targeted a military vehicle at one of the headquarters of the so-called "Ahrar al-Sham" mercenaries in the center of Janders district, where the vehicle was destroyed, and 6 mercenaries were killed and 8 others were injured, most of them seriously.
