"Al-Watan "newspaper reported that sources in the so-called "opposition" described as "close to armed militias in Idlib," that the mercenaries of Hayet Tehrir al-Sham are conducting a round of negotiations with Turkish military and intelligence officials on the terms of withdrawal from the two International Highways " M4 "and" M5 "between Aleppo Hama and Aleppo Latakia, according to the Russian-Turkish agreement Sochi in last September.

These sources pointed out that the conditions of the mercenaries are summed in stopping the Ankara's pressure on them to resolve Hayet Tehrir al-Sham and stop the incitement of mercenary groups loyal to them against mercenaries of Hayet Tehrir al-Sham in the areas of control in Idlib, in addition to the recognition of the Turks to retain the "Salvation Government" of mercenaries of Hayet Tehrir al-Sham, or give them a "balanced" share in the event of the formation of a joint government with the so-called "Interim Government" run by the Syrian Coalition of Turkey.

Hayet Tehrir al-Sham also requires the administration of Turkey for the international routes without Russian intervention, and the withdrawal of its mercenaries 7 kilometers instead of 10 kilometers, as mentioned in Sochi Agreement.

For its part, the opposition sites confirmed that the environs of Damascus-Aleppo highway is witnessing a military alert initiated by "Tehrir al-Sham" by bringing crowds to the vicinity of Maarat al-Numan city and "Daret Azza" of Aleppo's west countryside.

The M4 and M5 Roads are expected to be opened at the end of this year to activate trade in the region under the Sochi Agreement.

Turkey has suffered from the implementation of the Sochi Agreement after the agreed deadlines have been reached. It is in fact a state of embarrassment at the regional and international levels. Indeed, it is unable to implement the agreements and to recognize the return of Idlib to the authority of the Syrian regime, and it does not want to abandon the mercenary gangs which it considers the last leverage in its hand against its rivals, thus it lies stuck between a rock and hard place.

Confusion is prevailing the Turkish position as it reached a deadlock in all its movements in the region, where it intervened militarily in the Syrian quagmire in fulfillment of the desire of Moscow, after, the US for more than seven years, has pushed Ankara to get involved in conflicts with Damascus, Cairo, Tehran and Baghdad, which finally failed it in all issues in the region.
