Syrian-Syrian dialogue will begin on Wednesday under slogan "Meeting, Progress"

Under the sponsor of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), the Syrian-Syrian dialogue which will launch under the slogan "Meeting and Progress" will be held on Wednesday in Ain Issa district of Girê Spî/ Tel Abyed canton to discuss six axes during two consecutive days.

According to the supervising committee of the dialogue forum that it is planned that about 100 personalities will attend from the internal and external opposition and the presidency of the Syrian Democratic Council and a number of politicians in this forum.

The aim of SDC of the dialogues

The dialogues sponsored by the Syrian Democratic Council aims at reuniting the Syrian opposition and reaching decisions and projects to serve the peoples of Syria and end the Syrian crisis which has become more and more complicated after entering its eighth year without any solutions to reach a formula that guarantees the rights of all components co-existing in Syria.

This dialogue comes as a second stage following the successes of the first meeting of the Syrian-Syrian dialogue "Meeting and Building" on 18 July 2018 which resulted in the common views of those parties that have met for the first time under one roof on the Syrian territory.

What are the axes of "Meeting and Progress" dialogue?

The dialogue will continue for two consecutive days on 28-29 November, in which the participants will discuss severn main themes:

-The humanitarian issue in the Syrian crisis.

-The form of the government in democratic decentralization.

-The Autonomous Administration standard.

-The economic issue and its optimal form for the future Syria.

-The Syrian constitution and its basic principles.

-The women issue and their role in the solution and stability of Syria.

-The mechanisms to unite the secular democratic opposition.

It is assumed that the activities of the dialogue forum will begin on Wednesday at 09:00.
