SDF opened new academy for training commanders

The Central Training Administration of the Syrian Democratic Forces in Ain Issa area of the Euphrates region opened the Martyr Turkman Academy to train the commanders.

The opening of the academy coincided with the opening of the first training course, which was joined by a number of SDF fighters which was named "Martyr Demhat Qamishlo", who was martyred during his participation in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign.

The course will last for two months during which the commanders will receive training in all martial arts, self-defense and methods of warfare.

The opening ceremony was attended by dozens of commanders of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the People's and Women's Protection Units(YPG and YPJ.)

The ceremony began with presenting a military parade for the participants, and the commander of SDF Kani Khalil delivered  a speech congratulating the opening of the academy.

Khalil stressed that SDF are trained in all martial arts, to repel any aggression on their regions, and called on the fighters to defend all components in the north of Syria, and wished the fighters success and victory.

The ceremony ended with the military oath by the fighters
